How to leave a review

After your transfer, write to us in the same WhatsApp or Telegram chat you used to book, or e-mail .
Tell us which trip you made and how it went: punctuality, meeting the driver, the vehicle, communication.
Say whether we may publish it and under which name.

What we publish and what we do not

We publish the text as we receive it. At most we shorten a very long one without changing its meaning. We do not publish reviews from people who did not travel with us, or texts written by the company.

If something went wrong

A complaint does not have to wait for this page. Write to us in the booking chat or through the contact page and tell us what happened.
