This section covers private transfers between Argentina and Paraguay. The pages are grouped by the border crossing each trip uses, because that decides most of the rest: Clorinda and Puerto Falcón lead to Asunción; the bridge at Posadas leads to Encarnación and southern Paraguay; from Puerto Iguazú you reach Ciudad del Este by driving through Brazil, which means two borders in one trip.
Separate groups cover the long routes from Buenos Aires, Rosario and Santa Fe, the Paraguayan airports, and pages by reason for travel: shopping, beaches, carnival, football matches or a day in Asunción with a driver. Over long distances a flight is usually faster; the road suits families, groups with a lot of luggage and people travelling with pets.
Whether each route is available, and on what conditions, is confirmed when you book. Documents depend on each passenger’s nationality, so check with the migration authority of each country before travelling. The border guides are in the guides section.
