Booking takes a few minutes and is done by message. You do not need an account and you do not pay on the website.
Step by step
- Send us the trip details. Use the form or message us on WhatsApp or Telegram.
- You receive a quote. We state the vehicle and the final price per vehicle.
- You confirm. We ask for the lead passenger’s name and a contact number for the day of travel.
- You receive your driver’s details. Name, vehicle and meeting point.
- You travel. The driver is waiting at the agreed place and time.
What we need from you
- Pick-up and drop-off points, with the address or hotel name.
- Date and time. For arrivals by air, the flight number.
- Number of passengers, including children and their ages.
- Number of large and carry-on bags, and any special luggage.
- Whether a pet is travelling.
- For border crossings, each passenger’s nationality.
Changes and cancellations
If your flight or your plans change, tell us as soon as you know, in the same chat as your booking. Change and cancellation terms are on the booking terms page.
If the flight is delayed
You do not need to do anything: we follow the flight using the number you gave us. If the delay is very long or the flight is cancelled, message us to reschedule.
On the day
Keep your phone on data or wifi so you can receive messages. If you cannot find the driver at the meeting point, message us straight away and we will locate you.
