These terms explain in plain language how a booking with LatamTransfer works: when it is confirmed, what the price covers and what happens if plans change. The deadlines and amounts for each trip are stated in your quote and in your confirmation.

What a booking is and when it is confirmed

A booking is the agreement to carry out one specific private transfer: route, date, time, vehicle and price. You make the request through the form on this site, on WhatsApp or on Telegram. The booking is confirmed once you accept the quote and we send you the confirmation in writing. Before the trip you receive the details of the driver and the vehicle.

What the price covers

The price is per vehicle and is agreed before the trip. It applies to the route, date, vehicle type, passengers and luggage stated in the booking. The quote sets out what is included, for example tolls or waiting time. Anything not listed there is quoted separately and agreed before it is done. Changes

Tell us about any change in the booking chat as soon as you know. A change of time, address, number of passengers or number of suitcases may require a different vehicle or alter the price; we confirm this before the trip. Until when a booking can be changed, and on what conditions, is stated in your confirmation.

Cancellations

You cancel in the same chat. The deadlines and any charges that may apply are stated in your confirmation. If we are the ones who cannot carry out a confirmed trip, we tell you as soon as we know and look for a solution with you; what happens to anything already paid is stated in your confirmation.

Delays and waiting

At airports we follow the flight by its number and adjust the driver’s arrival to the actual time. How long the driver waits after landing or after the agreed time, and from when waiting is charged, is stated in your confirmation. At a hotel or a private address, please be ready at the agreed time. If you do not appear and we cannot reach you, what your confirmation says applies.

Luggage and capacity

Sedan: up to 3 passengers. Minivan: 6 or 7. Van: 8.
The vehicle is assigned according to the passengers and luggage you declared.
If on the day there are more people or more bags than declared and they do not fit safely, another vehicle is needed, subject to availability and at extra cost.
No vehicle carries more passengers than it has seats.

Larger groups travel in two or more vehicles.

Children and pets

Child seats are requested when booking, with each child’s age. Pets travel with advance notice: tell us the size and whether the animal travels in a carrier. Folded wheelchairs are carried; let us know so that we allow the space.

Passenger responsibilities

Give correct details: addresses, flight number, number of passengers and bags.
Keep a phone with messaging available on the day of travel.
Carry valid documents.
Wear the seat belt.
Check that nothing is left in the vehicle when you get out.

Cross-border trips

The availability of each international route and its exact conditions are confirmed when booking. Every passenger needs their own valid travel document. Requirements depend on nationality and must be checked before travelling with the official migration authority of each country. Minors travelling without both parents usually need an authorisation: check the rule that applies to you. Queues at the border vary by day and season, and we do not promise a crossing time. What happens to the trip and the price if a passenger is not allowed to cross is stated in your confirmation.

Liability

We suggest times with a margin for arriving on schedule, but traffic, street or road closures, weather and border queues can lengthen a trip. The scope and limits of our liability are those set by the applicable law and those detailed in your confirmation.
