Many taxis and ride apps do not take animals, or decide on the spot. With a booked transfer you know in advance that your pet travels with you.
What we need to know
- Species, size and approximate weight.
- Whether it travels in a carrier or on a lead and harness.
- If you are connecting to a flight, the size of the carrier.
How it works
- Small animals travel in their carrier, next to you.
- For medium and large dogs we assign a vehicle with enough room.
- Bring a blanket or seat cover if your dog travels outside a carrier.
Long trips and border crossings
On trips of several hours we plan stops so the animal can drink and walk. If the trip crosses into Paraguay or Brazil, the pet’s health paperwork is the owner’s responsibility and has to be ready before departure.
