Surfboards, skis, golf clubs, boxed bikes, instruments and film gear do not fit in every boot. If we know in advance, we send the right vehicle.
What counts as oversized luggage
- Skis, snowboards, surfboards and kitesurf gear.
- Boxed bicycles and golf bags.
- Large musical instruments and audio or video equipment.
- Double strollers, wheelchairs and walkers.
- Boxes and packages from a move or a trade fair.
What we need to know
- Which items you have and how many.
- The approximate length of the longest item.
- How many ordinary suitcases come on top.
A photo of the luggage on WhatsApp or Telegram is usually enough to decide.
Which vehicle is assigned
Depending on volume, we suggest a minivan, a van or a second vehicle. The aim is for everything to travel inside the vehicle and properly secured.
Frequently asked questions
Do you carry wheelchairs?
Yes, folded. If the passenger needs an adapted vehicle, ask us before booking.
Is oversized luggage charged separately?
What changes is the type of vehicle. The final price is shown in the quote.
What if I bring more luggage than I declared?
It may not fit. Tell us about any change before the trip so we can reassign the vehicle.
