A corporate account is a working arrangement for companies that book transfers regularly. Instead of quoting and coordinating every trip from scratch, the way of ordering, the billing details and the people allowed to book are fixed beforehand. The conditions are agreed individually with each company.

What is agreed with each company
There is no single contract for everyone. In the first conversation we define, case by case:
- which kinds of trip will be ordered: airports, transfers within the city, a driver by the hour, trips to other provinces;
- who may book on behalf of the company, and through which channel;
- how and when invoices are issued, and how they are paid;
- what happens with last-minute changes.
The specific conditions are put in writing before the first trip.

- We reply with proposed conditions.
- Once they are agreed, each booking is a single message: date, time, addresses and passengers.

Is there a minimum number of trips to open an account?
It depends on the case. Tell us the expected volume and we look at it when preparing the proposal.
Is the rate different from a one-off booking?
Rates are part of what is agreed with each company. They are always per vehicle and known before the trip.
Do you issue invoices?
Yes, we issue invoices to companies. The details and the arrangement are defined when the account is opened.
Can more than one person in the company make bookings?
Yes, as long as it is agreed who is authorised to do so.
