Crew and staff transfers

A crew coming off a flight, a relief crew joining a ship, a technical team starting a shift before dawn: in each case the schedule decides everything. We arrange these transfers between airports, hotels, the port, offices and industrial sites, with a private vehicle for each group.

Who asks for it

• Airlines and operators moving crews between the airport and the hotel.
• Shipping agents organising crew changes between the airport, the hotel and the port.
• Companies with shift staff at plants and industrial parks in Greater Buenos Aires.
• Production companies, contractors and consultancies hosting a visiting team for a few days.

How it is organised

1. You send us the schedule: dates, times, pick-up and drop-off points, and the number of people on each run.
2. We set the vehicle: a sedan for up to 3 passengers, a minivan for 6–7, a van for 8. Larger teams travel in two or more vehicles together.
3. Before each run, your coordinator receives the driver and vehicle details.
4. Changes are sent by message. For arrivals by air we follow the flight by its number.

What to settle at the start

• One contact person on the company side, who receives the details and reports changes.
• Luggage. A crew with suitcases and work bags needs more boot space than the same number of ordinary passengers.
• Site access. If the port or the plant requires the driver or the vehicle to be registered beforehand, we need to know in good time.
• Invoicing. We issue invoices to companies. If the runs are frequent, see corporate accounts.
