Our drivers

Your driver is the person from LatamTransfer you actually meet on the day. This page sets out what to expect from the moment you receive the driver’s details until you step out of the vehicle.

Before the trip

Before the transfer we send you a message with the driver’s name, the vehicle details and the meeting point. Keep that message: it is how you recognise the car and the person waiting for you.

At the airport

  • The driver waits in the arrivals hall holding a sign with your name.
  • We follow the flight by its number, so the driver arrives for the actual landing time, not the one printed on your ticket.
  • The driver walks you to the vehicle and helps with the suitcases.

At a hotel or a private address

The driver arrives at the agreed time and messages you once at the door. If stopping is not possible on that street, the driver suggests the nearest corner. Luggage is loaded and unloaded for you at the vehicle.

During the trip

The driver chooses the route according to the traffic at that moment. On long trips you can ask for stops. The price is the one agreed before travelling; if you want to add a stop or change the destination, ask in the booking chat first.

Languages and communication

We do not promise that the driver speaks your language. That is what the booking chat is for: we answer by message in English, Spanish, Portuguese and Russian, and pass on to the driver whatever you need.

Frequently asked questions

What should I do if I cannot find the driver?

Message us straight away in the booking chat and tell us where you are. We locate the driver and explain how to meet.

Do I need to tell you if my flight is delayed?

No. We follow the flight by its number. If the delay is very long or the flight is cancelled, message us to reschedule.

Can I ask for the same driver on the way back?

Ask when you book. We confirm whether it is possible on that date.
