La Rural is the exhibition ground in Palermo, beside Plaza Italia. It is home to the annual agricultural show and the Buenos Aires book fair, and trade fairs and congresses fill the calendar for the rest of the year. The site is in the middle of the city, hemmed in by busy avenues. Reaching it is easy; finding somewhere to stop is the hard part.
Each event has its own entrance
The grounds have entrances on different streets, and every event opens its own set. Look at your invitation or badge, see which one you use and tell us when booking. Getting out at the wrong one means walking around the whole site.
Exhibitors
- Set-up and breakdown: tell us how many boxes, banners or cases you carry and their size, so we choose the right vehicle. A minivan covers most needs.
- Fairs lasting several days: we can schedule the ride from your hotel and back for each day.
- Clients and guests: we arrange cars from the airport or their hotel, and your company can ask for an invoice.
Visitors
At fairs open to the public, weekends and the winter school holidays are the busiest times. There is almost nowhere to stop on the surrounding avenues. The driver drops you at the nearest permitted point, and for the return we agree a corner one block away.
Aeroparque is close by, which suits anyone flying into Buenos Aires just for a fair.

Can you bring our clients straight from Ezeiza to the fair?
Yes. We follow the flight by its number and the driver waits in arrivals with a name sign. Tell us which entrance they should use.
Do you carry stand material?
Yes, as long as it fits in the boot or the minivan. Send quantities and sizes when you book.
Can we keep a car for the whole day?
Yes, as an hourly service. It is useful if you have meetings away from the fair.
