Private transfer to Buenos Aires Convention Centre (CEC)

The Buenos Aires Convention Centre, known as CEC, is the city’s congress venue. It is in Recoleta on Avenida Figueroa Alcorta, beside the university’s Faculty of Law and the square with the Floralis Genérica, the large metal flower sculpture. Much of the building lies below the level of the park, so little of it shows from the avenue. It helps to know where the entrance is before you arrive.

A congress runs to a timetable

In the morning every delegate arrives in the same window to register. In the afternoon they all leave after the last session. At both moments the avenue fills with cars stopping at once. Arrive a little before registration opens, especially on the first day. For the return, agree an exact spot by the entrance and message the driver as you leave the hall.

For organisers and companies

For a congress we can set up:

1. Airport pick-ups for speakers and guests, then hotel to CEC.
2. Cars by the hour for executives with meetings away from the venue.
3. Group movements to dinners and social events, by minivan or in several vehicles.

Where delegates stay

Recoleta and Retiro have many hotels a short ride from the CEC. Aeroparque is close, along the riverside. International arrivals through Ezeiza face a longer ride that depends on traffic.
