Aeroparque Airport transfer (AEP): meet and greet, private driver

Price on request: we reply with the final price for your date.

Aeroparque is inside the city of Buenos Aires, on the Río de la Plata waterfront. Your driver waits in arrivals with a sign showing your name, and without traffic you are in the city centre in about 15 minutes. You travel only with your own group in a sedan for up to 3 passengers, a minivan for 6–7 or a van for 8.

Which flights this transfer is for

Aeroparque handles a large share of domestic flights and some regional ones. Flights to Iguazú, Mendoza, Bariloche, Salta, Córdoba, El Calafate or Ushuaia leave from here, although some domestic flights use Ezeiza: check on your ticket which airport yours leaves from. Many travellers combine Aeroparque with an international flight arriving at Ezeiza.

What happens when you land

  1. You give us your flight number when booking and we follow your actual landing time.
  2. You collect your bags and walk out into the arrivals hall.
  3. Your driver is waiting with a sign showing your name and walks you to the vehicle.

Most visitor neighbourhoods are a short drive away, but traffic in the area can be heavy at commuting hours. When we confirm your booking we tell you how much time to allow for your time of day.

From your hotel to Aeroparque

For departures we collect you from your accommodation at the agreed time. For domestic flights, plan to be at the airport about two hours before departure. Add a margin if you fly early on a Monday or on a Friday afternoon.

Connecting with Ezeiza

If your international flight lands at Ezeiza and the next one leaves from Aeroparque, or the other way round, we run the transfer between the two airports. Give us both flight numbers so we can check whether the connection time is enough.

Taxi, remis or a booked transfer

Aeroparque has taxi ranks, remis desks and ride-hailing apps; we compare them in our guide to taxis and remis at Aeroparque. Meeting someone? See how to follow Aeroparque arrivals. Continuing by ferry to Uruguay or on a cruise: Aeroparque – Buquebus, Colonia Express and the cruise port.

Which vehicle to choose

  • Sedan: up to 3 passengers with standard luggage.
  • Minivan: 6–7 passengers, or a family with many suitcases.
  • Van: up to 8 passengers in one vehicle.

If you are heading to Patagonia with ski gear, boards or bikes, tell us when booking so we assign a vehicle with enough space.

Frequently asked questions

Where does the driver meet me at Aeroparque?

In the arrivals hall, holding a sign with your name. Before the trip you receive the driver's details on WhatsApp.

How long does it take from Aeroparque to the city centre?

About 15 minutes without traffic. At peak time it can take considerably longer.

Are Aeroparque and Ezeiza the same airport?

No. Aeroparque is inside the city and handles domestic flights. Ezeiza is outside the city and receives most international flights.

Can I book a transfer from Aeroparque to Ezeiza?

Yes. Give us both flight numbers and we confirm the departure time.

What if the flight is delayed?

We follow the flight using the number you gave us, and the driver arrives according to the actual time.

What if my flight to Aeroparque lands at Ezeiza?

Now and then, because of fog or for another reason, the airline diverts the flight to Ezeiza. In that case your driver goes to Ezeiza to collect you, for an additional charge that we agree with you at the time.
