Plenty of travellers link a flight with a ferry to Uruguay or with a cruise: they land in Buenos Aires and carry on to Colonia or Montevideo, or step off a ship and fly home the same day. We drive you privately and directly between the airport and the port terminal.
Three separate terminals in the port area
Buquebus and Colonia Express are ferry companies sailing to Uruguay, each with its own terminal. Buquebus sails from Dársena Norte, at the end of Puerto Madero; Colonia Express from Dársena Sur, towards La Boca. Cruise ships berth at the terminal at Puerto Nuevo, near Retiro, although this season embarkation check-in is at Costa Salguero. Check which one is on your ticket and tell us when you book. See the Buquebus terminal, the Colonia Express terminal and the cruise terminal.
Aeroparque or Ezeiza: distance shapes the plan
Aeroparque is inside the city, on the riverside and close to the port, so the drive is short, although traffic in the centre can slow it down. Ezeiza, where most international flights arrive, lies outside the city: the drive to the port is considerably longer, on the motorway and then into the central area.
How the connection works
- You send us the flight number, the port terminal and the sailing or disembarkation time.
- We follow the flight by its number and the driver waits in the arrivals hall with a name sign.
- We go straight to the terminal. In the other direction, we collect you at the port.
Deadlines are set by each company
The ferry operator or cruise line decides how late you can present yourself for formalities before boarding, and that time comes before departure. The same applies to your flight check-in. With both times we agree a departure time with a margin. For large cruise suitcases or groups, a minivan seats 6–7 and a van seats 8.

Frequently asked questions
Can I go from Ezeiza to Buquebus on the day I land?
Yes, it is a common transfer. Make sure the ferry company's deadline leaves enough time for immigration, baggage and the drive.
What if my flight is late?
We follow the flight by its number. If the delay puts the sailing at risk, any change to your ferry ticket depends on the ferry company.
Do you drive from the cruise terminal to the airport?
Yes. We collect you at the cruise terminal on disembarkation day and take you to Ezeiza or Aeroparque.
Where do you drop me if I am joining a cruise?
This season, check-in and luggage drop are at Costa Salguero, right next to Aeroparque, and the cruise line's buses take passengers from there to the ship. Your driver drops you at Costa Salguero. Confirm the check-in point with your cruise line, as it has changed between seasons.
