Your driver waits in the Ezeiza arrivals hall with a sign showing your name and takes you straight to your hotel, apartment or home. The drive to central Buenos Aires usually takes 45 to 60 minutes, and longer at peak time. You travel only with your own group in a sedan for up to 3 passengers, a minivan for 6–7 or a van for 8.
What happens when you land
- You give us your flight number when booking. We use it to follow your actual landing time.
- You go through immigration, collect your bags and pass customs.
- As you come out into the arrivals hall, your driver is waiting with a sign showing your name.
- The driver walks you to the vehicle and helps with the luggage.
If the flight lands early or late, the driver adjusts. If you cannot see the driver, message us on WhatsApp: we answer straight away and tell you where to go.
From your hotel to Ezeiza
For departures we collect you from your accommodation at the agreed time. Ezeiza is outside the city and motorway traffic varies a lot by day and hour, so we suggest a departure time when we confirm the booking. For international flights, plan to be at the airport about three hours before departure.
Which vehicle to choose
- Sedan: up to 3 passengers with standard luggage.
- Minivan: 6–7 passengers, or a family with many suitcases.
- Van: up to 8 passengers in one vehicle.
Tell us how many suitcases you have and whether you are carrying anything special, such as strollers, boards, skis or instruments. With that we assign the right vehicle, and you avoid having to order a second car.
