Iguazú Falls Airport (IGR): private transfer to hotels and the Falls

Puerto Iguazú Airport is the gateway to the Argentine side of Iguazú Falls. It lies in Misiones province, surrounded by forest, between the town and the Iguazú National Park area, and receives flights from Buenos Aires and other Argentine cities. We arrange the transfer from arrivals to your hotel or to wherever your visit begins.

Meeting your driver

The terminal is small, with a single arrivals hall, so the meeting is straightforward.

1. Book with your flight number, the number of passengers and suitcases, and the name of your accommodation.
2. You receive the driver and vehicle details before the trip.
3. Your driver waits in arrivals with a sign showing your name. The flight is followed by its number, so a delay moves the pick-up time.

Where passengers go from the airport

• Puerto Iguazú town centre: hotels, hostels and apartments near the shops and restaurants.
• Forest hotels: the Iryapú area and the properties along Ruta Nacional 12, the main road of the province.
• The national park: the hotel inside the park and the entrance to the falls, which is closer to the airport than the town centre is.
• Longer trips within Misiones: Posadas or San Ignacio, along Route 12.

Foz do Iguaçu is across the Iguazú river and is reached by the international bridge, with exit control on one side and entry control on the other. Availability of that trip and its exact conditions are confirmed when booking. Choosing the vehicle
