A tour or a one-off date is built around fixed times: arrival, soundcheck, show and the ride back to the hotel. We carry artists, musicians and technicians between the airport, the hotel and the venue, with the instruments that fit in a passenger vehicle.

Instruments and equipment
Guitars, cased keyboards, wind instruments, pedalboards and hard cases travel inside the vehicle. Tell us the size of the longest and the heaviest item, and whether anything is fragile. A double bass or a full drum kit changes the vehicle that is needed. We have no trucks or cargo vehicles: backline and stage sets travel separately.
On the day of the show
Streets around stadiums and large venues may be closed on show days. Vehicle accreditation for the artists’ entrance is handled by the organiser or the venue; send us those details before the trip. When the group and the equipment do not fit in one van, we suggest two or more vehicles travelling together.
One person, usually whoever coordinates the tour or the production, receives each driver’s details and reports changes in the same chat.
