Transfers for groups of 6 to 8

Six, seven or eight people no longer fit in a car, but they do not need a coach either. For groups of that size we use a minivan or a van, and everyone travels together in one vehicle as long as the luggage allows it.

Which vehicle fits

  • Minivan: for 6 or 7 passengers.
  • Van: for 8 passengers.
  • Two vehicles: when the luggage does not fit alongside the group, or when there are more than eight of you.

The number of suitcases matters as much as the number of people. A group of seven with carry-on bags travels comfortably in a minivan; the same group with one large suitcase each may need a van or a second vehicle. We say so in the quote, before you confirm.

What we need to know

  • How many adults and how many children are travelling, and the children’s ages.
  • How many large suitcases and how many carry-on bags the group has.
  • Whether there are strollers, folded wheelchairs, golf bags or other long items.
  • Whether everyone starts from the same address or from more than one.

How it is organised

One person in the group makes the booking and receives the driver and vehicle details. That is the contact we use on the day, so it should be someone who keeps their phone at hand. At the airport, the driver waits in arrivals with a sign showing the name you give us.

The price is per vehicle, not per person. How you split it is up to the group. The booking steps are on the how to book page.

Frequently asked questions

What if there are nine of us or more?

You travel in two or more vehicles that leave together and follow the same route. We do not run coaches.

Do eight people with eight large suitcases fit?

It depends on the size of the luggage. Tell us what you are bringing, or send a photo, and the quote will say whether a van is enough or a second vehicle is needed.

Can we be picked up at different addresses?

List every address when you ask for the quote. With that we tell you how the route and the price work out.
