An official, sports or business delegation arrives with a fixed agenda and one person coordinating everything. We work with that coordinator, who receives a quote per vehicle, each driver’s details and a single message channel for changes.
What we carry
- Arrivals and departures at Ezeiza and Aeroparque, with the driver in arrivals holding a sign with the name you specify.
- Trips between the hotel, the embassy, meeting venues and events.
- Vehicles with driver by the day, when the agenda has several stops and times that may shift.
- Large delegations, split across several vehicles for up to 8 passengers travelling together.
What we do not offer
We are a transfer service. We do not provide security staff, armoured vehicles, escorts or protocol services, and we do not obtain access permits for restricted areas. If the delegation has those services of its own, we coordinate with whoever is in charge of them.
What we need to know
- The list of flights, with names and the number of people on each.
- The agenda for each day: addresses, times and expected waiting.
- The entry rules of each venue. If the driver or the vehicle has to be registered, we send their details in advance.
- Who coordinates, and through which channel.
- The billing details.
Passenger data
Names and schedules are used to organise the trips and are shared with the assigned drivers. The details are in the privacy policy.

Can you invoice an embassy or a public body?
We issue invoices for companies. Send us the billing details and we confirm which document applies.
Can we have the same driver every day?
Ask when requesting the quote. We confirm it depending on availability for those dates.
