A shoot runs on schedules that change and on gear that cannot be loaded just anyhow. We carry crew members and the equipment that fits in a passenger vehicle, with a driver available by the hour or by the day.
What we do for a production
- Meeting crew at the airport when they arrive from abroad or from other provinces.
- Transfers between hotel, production office and locations.
- A vehicle with driver by the hour or by the day for a location scout or a day with several stops.
- Trips to locations outside Buenos Aires, with stops when requested.
What is not included
We work with sedans, minivans and vans for up to 8 passengers. We have no trucks, camera cars or cargo vehicles. Filming permits, access to each location and street parking reservations are the production’s responsibility.
What we need to know
- Dates, call times and addresses for each day.
- How many people travel on each leg.
- What equipment goes with them: hard cases, tripods, lights, how many and their approximate size. A photo is enough.
- A production contact who keeps their phone at hand during the shoot.
- Billing details, if the invoice goes to the production company.
With that information we quote per vehicle and per service, and assign a van or an extra vehicle when the equipment calls for it. For long days with waiting, see the driver by the hour service.
