Salta and Jujuy are neighbouring provinces in north-west Argentina, each with its own airport. This section gathers the private transfers in the region: arrivals and departures at both airports, routes to the Calchaquí Valleys south and west of Salta city, to the villages of the Quebrada de Humahuaca in Jujuy, and up the roads that climb to the high plateau.
To choose, start from the number of days you have. With one or two, a one-way transfer or a day trip is the realistic option. With more time, a multi-day driver saves you from arranging each leg separately.
Two things matter more here than in other parts of the country: altitude, which varies a great deal from one destination to the next, and the state of the mountain roads, above all during the summer rains. Each page says what you need to know. Availability is confirmed when you book.
