Puerto Madero is the old dock area of the port, rebuilt next to the city centre and facing the river. Today it is made up of residential towers, international chain hotels, corporate offices and restaurants along the docks, with wide streets where a vehicle can stop easily.
What helps the driver most: the exact entrance
Many towers belong to complexes with several entrances and a security desk. A street address alone is sometimes not enough.
- Send us the name of the tower or complex and the street you enter from.
- If you are staying at a hotel, its name is enough.
- If you are going to an office, give the company and the building.
By car the docks can be crossed only at certain points, so it matters which side of the water you are on. Tell us if the meeting is at a restaurant or on the street.
To the two airports
Aeroparque is the closer one, and the route follows the riverside. For Ezeiza there is quick access to the motorway, which helps for flights in the small hours; at peak times leaving the city is slow all the same.
Who travels from Puerto Madero
Business passengers, hotel guests and families renting apartments in the towers. The neighbourhood is also on the way to the Buquebus terminal at its northern end.
