Lobos is a small country town south-west of Buenos Aires, beyond Cañuelas, and people go there for three quite different things: a lagoon, skydiving and estancias. It is a weekend destination for people from the capital and an unusual day out for a visitor.
Skydiving
The Lobos aerodrome is a well-known place in Argentina for skydiving, including first jumps made in tandem with an instructor. You book the jump directly with the school. What we need is the time you are due there. Jumps depend on the weather, so a jump day often means long waits and changes of schedule. A return with waiting, or a car with driver by the hour, gives you that margin.
The lagoon and the estancias
Neither is in the town centre.
- The lagoon is some way outside town, with fishing, campsites and weekend houses. Tell us about rods, cool boxes or camping gear.
- Estancias in the district offer country days and overnight stays, and there are polo fields too. Send us the name and the directions you were given.
The town itself has the birthplace of Juan Domingo Perón, now a museum.
The route
From Buenos Aires the trip follows the motorway past Ezeiza airport to Cañuelas and then Ruta 205. Friday afternoons and late Sundays are busier because of weekend travel.
Vehicle
A sedan takes up to 3 passengers, a minivan 6 or 7, and a van 8. A group of friends jumping together usually takes the van.

Frequently asked questions
What if my jump is postponed because of the weather?
Message us as soon as you know. We reschedule the transfer subject to availability.
Will the driver wait while we jump?
Yes, if you book the return with waiting. Tell us roughly how long the school expects the day to last.
Can we stay overnight and return the next day?
Yes. That is booked as two transfers, each with its own time.
