Pilar, north-west of Buenos Aires, is less a single town than a long strip on both sides of the Panamericana motorway: gated communities, polo fields, an industrial park, offices, a university hospital and event venues. Before quoting we need to know which part you are going to, because the motorway exit and the driving time depend on it.
Where our passengers usually go
- Gated communities: residents travelling to the airports, and visitors arriving to stay with them.
- Parque Industrial Pilar: meetings, audits and plant visits. It has its own access roads, away from the town centre.
- Hospital Universitario Austral and Universidad Austral: appointments, tests and academic events.
- Polo: matches, tournaments and polo estates, mainly in spring.
- Weddings and parties at country houses and venues.
How to give the destination
Places here are located by the motorway kilometre and exit. Send us the name of the community, company or venue and, if you have it, that reference. For a gated community, entry is authorised beforehand: we send you the driver and vehicle details to pass on to your host or to security.
Traffic on the Panamericana
In the morning it is heavy towards the city; in the evening, outbound. Friday evenings and late Sunday add weekend traffic. For a meeting or a flight, tell us your deadline and we suggest a departure time.
Return trips and vehicles
A return with waiting suits a plant visit or a medical appointment; for several meetings in one day, see the car with driver by the hour. For an event, book both legs and agree the meeting point for the way out. A sedan takes up to 3 passengers; a minivan or a van suits work teams and groups of guests. Companies can ask for an invoice.

Frequently asked questions
Do you run transfers between Pilar and Ezeiza airport?
Yes. The trip can be made without crossing the centre of Buenos Aires; we suggest the pick-up time when we confirm.
Can you take a group to a wedding and bring it back?
Yes. Up to 8 passengers travel in one van; for more guests we arrange several vehicles.
Does the driver speak English?
The driver's language is not something we promise. Our support by message is in English, and everything is agreed before the trip.
