Campana and Zárate are two neighbouring cities on the Paraná de las Palmas river, in the north of Buenos Aires province. They are working cities, not tourist ones: nearly every trip there is for an industrial plant, a port terminal or a construction site. That is why the first thing we ask for is the exact site rather than the city.
Who travels here
- Engineers, auditors and suppliers visiting a plant and returning the same day.
- Staff arriving from abroad, collected at the airport and driven straight to the hotel or the site.
- Ship crew and port personnel moving between the terminal, a hotel and the airports.
- Work teams leaving together from an office in Buenos Aires.
Companies can ask for an invoice.
The gate matters more than the address
Many plants and terminals lie outside the built-up area and have their own access roads. They normally expect visitors and vehicles to be announced in advance. We send you the driver and vehicle details before the trip so you can pass them on to your host. Tell us the company name and, if you know it, which gate you are expected at. Safety boots, helmets and tool cases travel in the boot.
Road and timing
The route follows the Panamericana motorway on its Campana branch, which continues as Ruta 9 towards Rosario. It carries a lot of lorries. On working days traffic is heavy towards Buenos Aires in the morning and outbound in the evening. Give us the time you must be at the gate and we suggest when to leave.
Waiting, or a driver for the day
For a single meeting, a return trip with waiting is enough. If you have two or three sites to visit between the two cities, a car with driver by the hour works better. A sedan takes up to 3 passengers, a minivan 6 or 7, and a van 8.

Frequently asked questions
Can you collect me at Ezeiza and drive straight to Zárate?
Yes. The driver waits in arrivals with a name sign and we follow your flight by its number. See the Ezeiza airport page.
Will the driver wait during a plant visit?
Yes, with the waiting service. Tell us roughly how long the visit takes and we include it in the quote.
Can the trip continue over the bridge into Entre Ríos?
Yes, that is simply a longer transfer. Send us the final destination and we quote it.
