Cerro Bayo is the ski hill of Villa La Angostura, smaller and quieter than Cerro Catedral, with runs that look down on Lake Nahuel Huapi. Its base lies a few kilometres from the village centre, up a mountain access road. We arrange the private transfer between your accommodation and the base; availability in the region is confirmed when booking.
Why book such a short ride
The village is small, and in season a car is not always easy to find at the hour the lifts open, least of all for a group with equipment. With a booking, your driver comes to your cabin or hotel at the agreed time and returns to the base when you finish.
The climb
The access is a mountain road through forest, steep in places and winding. In winter it can carry snow or ice, especially early in the day. Conditions are checked before each trip and the time is adjusted if necessary.

- Guests staying in the village, Puerto Manzano or Bahía Manzano during the ski season.
- Families whose children have lessons at a fixed time.
- Visitors based in Bariloche who come to ski for the day; their trip starts with the Bariloche – Villa La Angostura transfer.

Vehicle
Up to 3 passengers with little gear fit in a sedan. With skis, boards or more people, choose a minivan or an 8-seat van. Ask for child seats when booking.
