Corrientes Airport lies east of the provincial capital on Ruta Nacional 12 and has flights from Buenos Aires. It serves the city and its riverfront on the Paraná, the small towns along the river, and travellers who start their trip to the Iberá wetlands from here.

Where transfers go from here

• Corrientes city: the centre, the riverside promenade and the hotels. A short run along Route 12.

Arriving

The terminal is small and meeting your driver is simple. You give us the flight number when booking and receive the driver and vehicle details before the trip. The driver waits in arrivals with a sign showing your name. If the flight is delayed, we follow it by its number and adjust the pick-up.

Dates when demand is high

Two summer events fill the city’s hotels and flights: the national chamamé festival, devoted to the folk music of this region, and the Corrientes carnival. In those weeks, request the transfer as soon as you have your ticket. Summer is also very hot, and storms can delay flights.

Which vehicle to ask for

A sedan for up to 3 passengers, a minivan for 6–7, a van for 8. Anglers heading to Paso de la Patria with rods and cool boxes often need more boot space than they expect, so tell us what you are carrying.
