Driver for a day on both sides of the Falls

One driver and one vehicle at your disposal to see the falls from Argentina and from Brazil, with the border crossing built into the plan. The service works for visiting both parks in a single day or for spreading them over two. Availability and conditions are confirmed when you book.

One day or two

The two sides are separate national parks, each with its own ticket, bought by the visitor. The Argentine park has more trails and usually takes most of a day; the Brazilian one about half a day. Seeing both in one day is possible if you leave very early, keep a steady pace and the border queue is short. With children, older travellers or a wish to walk without hurry, a day for each park is the more comfortable choice.

How it is organised

  • You tell us where you are staying, how many you are and what you want to see.
  • We set the order of the visits and the departure time.
  • The driver takes you to each entrance and waits outside. The driver is not a guide and does not enter the parks.
  • Extra stops, such as lunch or Parque das Aves, are added when you book.

It follows the same logic as our hourly driver service, applied to a day with a border in it.

The border

Between one park and the other you pass Argentine and Brazilian control. Each passenger carries their own document, children included; which one applies depends on nationality and must be checked with the migration authority of each country. Queues vary and we do not promise a crossing time: the plan for the day adapts to them.

Frequently asked questions

Which side should we start with?

It depends on where you are staying and on the date. We decide it with you when you book.

What if the border is slow and we miss the second park?

It can happen. For that reason we suggest buying the second ticket only once you know you will make it, or splitting the visit over two days.

What if I only want the Brazilian side?

Then the transfer to the Brazilian side of the falls is enough.
