Mendoza airport, known locally as El Plumerillo, lies in the Las Heras district just north of the city, a short drive from the centre. Most visitors who come for the wine or the Andes arrive here. We arrange a private transfer from arrivals to your hotel in town, a vineyard lodge or anywhere else in the province.
How the pick-up works
- Give us your flight number and destination address when booking.
- Before the trip you receive the driver and vehicle details.
- The driver waits in the arrivals hall with a sign showing your name.
We follow the flight by its number, so a late landing simply moves the meeting time.
Where passengers usually go
- Mendoza city centre: hotels and apartments.
- Chacras de Coria and Luján de Cuyo: small hotels and lodges among vineyards, south of the city.
- Maipú: wineries and olive oil producers.
- Uco Valley: the longest of the usual runs; many travellers go straight from the plane to their lodge.
For what each area is like, see the Luján de Cuyo and Maipú wineries and the Uco Valley.
Choosing the vehicle
A sedan takes up to 3 passengers with suitcases. Families and groups can ask for a minivan with 6–7 seats or a van with 8. If you fly home with cases of wine, tell us: they take up boot space and it helps to plan for them.
Demand is higher during the grape harvest at the end of summer and in the July winter holidays. Book early for those dates.

Frequently asked questions
What happens if my flight is late?
We follow the flight by its number and the driver goes to the airport according to the real landing time.
Can I go from the airport straight to a winery?
Yes. If you want the driver to wait during the visit with your luggage in the vehicle, ask when booking and we include it in the quote.
Do you also arrange the trip back to the airport?
Yes. The pick-up time is agreed when we confirm, based on your flight and where you are staying.
